Girl Trip 2011

I have been on vacation with my daughter and granddaughters in Florida for the past couple of weeks.
Girl Trip 2011!
Had a great time visiting several beaches, several relatives (including my sis in the picture above), NASA, alligators, boogie boarding and surfing, turtle walks, sunset on Key West, Oceanographic Center, International Swimming Hall of Fame...... shopping, eating.....did I mention beaches?  It was a great time to spend with the girls and see some of the family. No more boogie boarding for this granny as I came back with injuries!
Back to reality now. Back to Studio 151 Fine Art Gallery and my studio and art and of course, house under construction and hubby, Bruce!  The next couple of weeks will be busy, busy with the location change of Studio 151. We are joining forces with Shelby Lee Art Gallery on Church St, closer to the market downtown. But more on that later!
Just wanted to share my girls with you all for a minute!

Coastal Sunset

Oil, 8 x 11
There is a spot on the Edisto River as we go by on our boat from our home.
These few palm trees hang over the edge with the back ground of land and trees
creating a great coastal view especially as the sun goes down!
