The colors range from reds, oranges, yellows, purples, pinks, blues....

Today, this morning.... the sunrise over the marsh and creek

is blazing and ready to wake up the world.

It was just sitting there at rest, waiting for his fisherman.

  Wine Bottle and Two Pears

Oil 11 x 14 in a gold 16 x 20 frame

Painted in the style of the old masters, my intent was to have a subtly dark "Old World" style painting which would add some warmth to a dining room or kitchen. The warm dark colors make the highlights of the bottle and pears gently glow.  Wine Bottle and Two Pears will be on display at our new Studio 151 Gallery location at 175 Chruch St, Charleston.
